As a medical director like myself, Dr. Paul Drago, you’re going to be responsible for solving problems and you need to be good at it and fast.
The best way to solve problems is by finding solutions that are effective and efficiENT and this means that your team members can get their jobs done without wasting time or resources on unnecessary tasks.
Your goal is always going to be this balance between effectiveness and efficiency: if something isn’t working as well as it should be, then you need some sort of solution in place so that everyone knows what needs changing and when those changes will happen or why they won’t.
